Ningbo trip

So we arrived at Ningbo and they met us from the train and took us across town to the university, we dropped some stuff off and then they invited us for a meal which was nice.

We went to the university hotel for a meal and it was very posh! very very nice, and the food was good but a bit heavy on the seafood, after dinner we took a short stroll and then they offered us a driver to take us to the hotel I had booked online.

I showed them the name in chinese and off we went... to a very a expensive hotel... not the one I had booked, after some talking with the driver and passing the phone back and forth we sorted it out and away we went again... this time to the right hotel. Checked in ok and it seemed very nice, £13 a night too for a twin room wasn't bad. A bit dated looking but clean and everything worked... happy times!

Just crashed out after a good shower after a long day carrying very very heavy bags!
