Last year we saw the dragon boat festival in may before we left and this year expected the same but unfortunately this year is the year of two Aprils and so we would miss it! Also this year has been much cooler, not the intense heat we had last year just before we left, apparently also due to the second April, cool indeed! And very welcome!
